Hi, I’m Bianca Alonso, a Certified Creatively Fit Coach. I'm so glad you are here. I have been an educator for almost 30 years! I have always been passionate about art, and over the years I have taken a couple of art classes, but it wasn't until I took, 22 Day Tara Painting and Meditation Challenge with Whitney Freya Studios that I felt the transformative power of art on a personal level. The sense of well-being, joy, and balance I felt during that sacred painting practice made me realize that I wanted to share what I was learning and feeling on a larger scale.
